Ryan Bonin

Background

Ryan is a lifelong resident of the Niagara Region. He attended Brock University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Music and Political Science and a Master of Arts degree in Political Theory. He went on to attend Osgoode Hall Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2015.

After law school, Ryan completed his articles with a leading litigation firm in Hamilton. He then returned to the Niagara Region to practice alongside a prominent personal injury lawyer. In 2018, Ryan opened his own practice under the mentorship of Ken Douglas and Robert Morningstar. The law firm of Douglas, Morningstar & Bonin LLP was formed the following year

Ryan practices predominantly in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates. He has trial experience and appears regularly in the Superior Court of Justice. While he is a capable litigator, Ryan also assists his clients with the negotiation of interest-based resolutions where appropriate.
